Mix the oils together in a cobalt or amber glass recipient and in case you bathe your children make sure you lower the amount of essential oils that you add. Add the oils in the bath water before you get in, and not while the water is running, as the oils might evaporate by the time you get in. You should choose the oils that you like to smell and test them on your skin in order to see if you develop an allergy to these, because there might be certain oils that you can be allergic to. You can pay a visit to an aroma therapist and talk to them about what they recommend you for your medical history, type of skin, type of life etc. After having done this, you can simply enjoy the aromatherapy bath whenever you feel like it.
