Burning aromatherapy candles can give you a positive state of mind and make you forget about your long day at work and relieve the stress. You can choose any of the scents you like or which inspires you. These scents are meant to induce a well being, and in case you associate the scents with a positive happening in the past, you will definitely like the scent. For instance, if you have eaten a lot of cinnamon cookies when you were a child and they were given to you by someone dear, you will associate the scent of cinnamon with a pleasant memory. This is called affective memory and works with scents and images too. There are types of aromatherapy candles that are said to be beneficial for some zodiacal signs, this means that each zodiacal sign in part has a scent of its own. On the other hand, there are also some scents that are known to relax you more: ocean scented candles, lavender, lily, peanut etc, while other candles with scents are said to energize you: orange, tropical, fir tree, sun flower and so on.
